easyflightbook.com is a travel booking service operated by Tim Schmidt IT Solutions. We assist customers in finding and booking domestic and international flights through our phone-based booking service.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and airline terms. Prices quoted over the phone are valid at the time of the call and may change. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective airline's terms. We will assist you in processing cancellations and refund requests according to airline policies.

4. Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines. We are not liable for flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes made by airlines. Our liability is limited to the service fees charged by us.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
